``${DESI_ROOT}/survey/catalogs/{RELEASE}/QSO/{SPECPROD}`` host QSO catalogs, given a RELEASE (``dr1``, ``dr3``...) and given a SPECPROD, named after mountains, e.g. ``iron`` for DR1. Normally, we will publish just one SPECPROD per data release.

VERSION is the internal version of the file for the given SPECPROD and RELEASE
